Want to update you on the following:
The Oly Lifting on a Friday & the Mobility on a Tuesday will no longer run. As of immediately.
Open Box at Somerville is also finishing this week.
We are sorry for the reduction in hours open at Somerville but it was never really supported so we would rather focus on giving you classes when you need them.
The good news is we are going to start Oly Lifting on a Saturday morning with our friend Armando. This will start at 7:30 am and run for one hour. It will alternate between boxes along with the Saturday WOD.
We are also bringing back Cardio Kickboxing on a Friday night (one hour) followed by sparring (30 mins) you can come to one or both for a $10 fee. Anyone is welcome. Class starts at 6pm.
And finally we would love to see some more of you register for the CrossFit Open. Get on it!

Where to start:
PTZone is a 100% purpose built CrossFit training facility.
We have 400 square metres of space comprising of pullup bars, olympic barbells & bumpers, kettle bells, med balls, sleds, ropes, gymnastic rings and various other strength & conditioning implements.
PTZone has an incredible coaching/teaching faculty. The coaches here are dedicated to the CrossFit method and have much knowledge and experience to help you improve. All instructors are qualified instructors with much experience in a variety of fields. Olympic Lifting, Strength & Conditioning, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Swimming and Boxing. Add this to their Crossfit foundation and you can see why we have knowledge to help you move well.

The community we are building is as important as the bodies we are improving. It is an incredible environment. There is loud music, grunting, frustration and celebration, chalk and sweat….lots of sweat. We know everyone by name.
